Solid medical alert

I purchased the Kanega Watch for my grandma. The online ordering was okay, nothing too fancy, but it worked. The watch came within a week. She wears it all the time, says the battery swapping is easy. It feels well-built, not cheap. I did find the setup instructions a little bit small to read, had to squint a bit.

Good product, minor shipping issue

I purchased the Kanega Watch for my father. The setup was straightforward, and the voice control works reliably for calling for help. The automatic fall detection is a key feature for us, and it has provided peace of mind. The continuous-wear battery system is practical, as he doesn't have to take it off to charge. My only minor complaint was that the initial shipping estimate was a bit off, and it arrived a day later than expected. However, the product itself is well-designed and performs as advertised, offering good value for the subscription cost.

Watch works great!

I got the Kanega Watch for my mom a few weeks ago. It was pretty easy to set up. She likes the voice control, says it's much better than her old button one. The battery system is cool, she just swaps them out herself. Delivery took about 5 days to get to Florida, which was fine.

Impressive medical alert device

I ordered the Kanega Watch for my elderly aunt, who lives alone. The ordering process on the UnaliWear website was clear, and I appreciated the detailed descriptions of how the watch functions. It arrived in about five business days, well-packaged. Setting up the watch was quite simple; we just followed the included instructions. The voice-controlled features are intuitive for her, and she can easily ask for the time or call for assistance. The automatic fall detection has been tested a couple of times (accidentally, thankfully) and it triggered the response as expected. The waterproof aspect is also a big plus for daily wear. My only minor nitpick is that the watch band, while comfortable, could offer a few more style options. Customer service was helpful when I called with a question about the monthly subscription. Definitely a solid product for senior safety.

Reliable and consistent

This is my third purchase from UnaliWear, I got a new Kanega Watch for my dad after his old one finally gave out (after years!). I've always found their service consistent. The watches are reliable, and the automatic fall detection has actually worked once for him, which was a relief. Delivery was prompt, arrived in about 4 days like usual. Their customer service has always been solid when I've had questions about the monthly subscription. My only minor suggestion would be for more variety in watch band styles, but that's really a cosmetic thing.

Peace of mind in a watch!

This Kanega Watch is a game changer for my grandma! I was so worried about her falling, but now she has this. She wears it all the time because it's waterproof and the battery system is so clever-just swap out the little batons, no charging cables to mess with. She loves that she can just talk to it to get help. It shipped super fast too. I'm telling all our friends about it!

Watch works great for my mom

I got the Kanega Watch for my mom a few weeks ago. She's not super techy, but she figured out the voice commands pretty quick. The fall detection actually worked when she slipped in the kitchen, which was a relief. The battery system is cool, you just swap out the little batons. It took about a week to get here after I ordered, which felt a little long, but it was worth it. Overall, I'm happy with it.

Good safety device

I ordered the Kanega Watch for my father. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, though I had a minor hiccup with selecting the watch band color initially. Shipping was standard, arrived in about 6 business days. The watch itself feels sturdy and well-made. He's found the voice activation very intuitive, and the automatic fall detection feature gives us peace of mind. Customer support was helpful when I called with a question about the battery charging, explained it clearly. The only small thing is the monthly subscription cost is a bit higher than some alternatives, but the features seem worth it.
